The WOW! Service Initiative strives to provide our Katy ISD technology users with top notch customer service. We want our KISD users to experience not just good support, but a level of support that will make them say “WOW!”
Our Business Intelligence, Customer Services, Enterprise Systems, Instructional Technology, Project Management, and Technology Operations teams have all taken on this initiative and set goals and service levels to achieve WOW! Our goal is to provide the best support possible to our Katy ISD teachers and students.
