The goal of Customer Services is to provide exceptional support for the users of Katy ISD technology systems, applications and equipment. Providing this high level of support for KISD teachers, administrators and staff, enables the division to have a positive impact on the quality education that Katy ISD provides its students. The Customer Services division consists of two dedicated teams: Customer Support and Print Services Support. Both teams are committed to the support of Katy ISD teachers and schools. As customer advocates for technology related systems, Customer Services strives to provide the best user experience possible.
