Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports
As part of our campus wide program entitled PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports), students have opportunities across the building to earn rhino bucks when showing behaviors that reinforce our RRE Matrix PRIDE (Purpose, Respect, Integrity, Dependable and Effort). The lime green squared ticket is an incentive for our staff members who are reinforcing and teaching these expectations in various settings across the building. In summary, students can earn reinforcement for themselves and their teacher by showing mastery of school expectations.
The Principal’s 200 is an club established by our PBIS committee as an additional way to recognize students who are consistently going above and beyond with their mastery of student expectations. Typically, this student will show the behaviors that align with our RRE matrix in the classrooms, hallway, cafeteria, recess and during dismissal.
