Absences:

Please call the school office at 281-237-2250 each day of your child's absence.  An "ABSENT CHILD REPORT " will be done for that day.

Late Arrivals:

The tardy bell rings promptly at 7:55 a.m.. Students must be in class, ready to learn at this time. Any students not in their classroom at 7:55 a.m. will be marked tardy. Students must obtain an admittance slip from the office and if dropped off by the parent a QR code is provided in the vestibule.  The QR code is paperless due to COVID procedures.  The parent must use their smartphones to fill out the form.  This is for late arrival and early leave procedures.

All tardies are unexcused unless a written notice for an excused reason from a parent or doctor is submitted at the time of entry.

Early Checkouts:

If your child is checked out before 10am, he/she will be marked absent. Any student that is checked out after 10 a.m. will have a partial day absence. Please send a doctor's note back with your child and the partial day absence can be excused.

To clarify, any child that is checked out before 3:05 p.m. and is not going home ill by the school Nurse or to a doctor's appointment will have an UNEXCUSED partial day absence. UNEXCUSED partial day absence will count against the student's exemplary attendance (perfect attendance).

Students may not be checked out after 2:30 p.m. as they will be moving to their dismissal locations at that time.

Please use the QR code to fill out the form for the early check.
