Human Resources

Katy ISD is a fast-growing suburban school district on the west side of Houston, Texas.  We serve over 88,000 students and enroll an additional 2,500 students each year.  As a result of this growth, Katy ISD hires new employees throughout the whole school year.

The Human Resources Department will continually strive to be a competent, responsive and knowledgeable department; one that exemplifies integrity, in a positive and supportive environment, which reflects high levels of collaboration, meaningful teamwork and on-going, open and honest communication; so that the needs of all stakeholders are met in a timely manner and the goals of the department and district are achieved.
