- DO NOT use this form if you have already had another resignation (letter or email) accepted by Human Resources.
- It is preferred that all resignation comes to Human Resources through the exitpaperwork email address. This helps assist in the timely processing of all resignations.
Once the district accepts your resignation, an email will come from firstname.lastname@example.org with further instructions.
Please choose the appropriate paperwork, complete, print, sign, and send to Human Resources. Do not complete until you have been notified that your resignation has been received and accepted by Human Resources. Do not print double sided, please print each form separately.
