    May 6, 2023 - The Katy ISD voters elected members to serve on the Katy ISD Board of Trustees today.  The UNOFFICIAL results are: 

    Amy Thieme won Position 3 with a total of 6,250 votes.
    Morgan Calhoun won Position 4 with a total of 5,770 votes.
    MaryEllen Cuzela won Position 5 with a total of 6,054 votes.

    Victor Perez won Position 1 with a total of 5,730 votes.
    Lance Redmon won Position 2 with a total of 4,485 votes.

    May 1, 2021 - The election passed the 2021 bond package developed by the Community Bond Advisory Committee (CBAC), which includes the following propositions:​  ​Katy ISD School Building Bond Election Canvass

    • Proposition A:  New Schools, Renovations, Safety & Security, Buses, and Building Component Replacements $591,368,568
    • Proposition B:  Classroom & Campus Technology $59,755,242
    • Proposition C:  Natatorium for High School #10 $13,842,610
    • Proposition D:  Campus & District Athletic Facilities/Stadiums Repairs & Component Replacements $11,260,000

    The 2021 Bond includes over 300 campus and facility proj​ects, including five new schools and a transportation facility, major renovations and/or additions for seven existing campuses, safety and security improvements, component replacements that include chiller replacements, re-roofing and kitchen equipment, technology upgrades, and other projects.
